SHIPPING

Most orders received before 1.00pm Sydney time Monday to Friday will be packed and shipped same day. Orders received after 1.00pm or orders received on non-business days should be packed and shipped next business day.

All orders are shipped by Australia Post or Direct Freight Express. Most domestic Australian orders should be delivered within 2-3 days of your order. Please allow a little more time for regional, remote and international deliveries. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us, including carrier and tracking information for your delivery.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please ensure to include a physical delivery address for your order during checkout.

IMPORT TARIFFS, DUTIES & TAXES

Orders for delivery outside of Australia may be subject to import tariffs, duties or taxes. These orders will be shipped under DDU (delivered duty unpaid) incoterms and any of these charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges will not be included in the cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Axil Design Co. If you have questions about what these charges are likely to be prior to ordering, please contact your country’s local customs office.
