Here at Axil Design Co., we hold ourselves and our products to the highest of standards. We aim to ensure that our products perform to the specifications stated but, in the unlikely event that you find your purchased product to be defective, Axil Design Co. offers you the below warranty.
Warranty
Your Axil Design Co. product comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship from the date of purchase for the period indicated in the product and package documentation. If your product is found to be defective within the warranty period, under normal use and care, Axil Design Co. will, at its own discretion, either repair or replace the unit free of charge to you. This warranty applies in addition to your rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Proof of Purchase
This warranty is valid only for the original purchase of the goods and is not transferable for second hand purchases. Please keep your purchase docket, tax invoice or receipt as your proof of purchase and as proof of the date on which the purchase was made.
Extent of Warranty
This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at Axil Design Co.'s discretion.
