Warranty Information

 

Your Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Proof of Purchase

This warranty is valid only for the original purchase of the goods and is not transferable for second hand purchases. Please keep your purchase docket, tax invoice or receipt as your proof of purchase and as proof of the date on which the purchase was made. 


Extent of Warranty

This warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or parts. All defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of  Axil Design Co.

 

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear to the product caused by general usage of the product.
  • Any defects which are caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation, a lack of reasonable care, loss of parts, tampering, modification or attempted repair by an unauthorised person.
  • Any product which has not been installed, operated or maintained in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
  • Any damage caused by improper power input or improper cable connection.
